The competition caters for Action Netball and Action Cricket and takes place between the Gauteng arenas. The competition spans 10 weeks and is played either on a Saturday (Netball) or a Sunday (Cricket).
To qualify for the North Western Gauteng IPT Teams, you need to play in the Super League Competition.
